Theralase Ranked in 2015 Toronto Stock Exchange Venture 50®

Toronto, Ontario – February 11, 2015, Theralase Technologies Inc. (“Theralase”) (TLT:TSXV) (TLTFF: OTC Pink®) announced today that it has been ranked in the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (“TSXV”) 50®.

Every year, the TSX Venture 50® ranks the strongest companies on the TSXV by share price, trading volume, market capitalization and analyst coverage. The winning companies have seen impressive growth over the past year, offered strong return to their shareholders and are actively traded in the market.

The TSX Venture 50® are the top 10 companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, in each of five major industry sectors – mining, oil & gas, technology & life sciences, diversified industries and clean technology – based on a ranking formula with equal weighting given to return on investment, market cap growth, trading volume and analyst coverage.
