Theralase Files Voluntary Annual Information Form

Toronto, Ontario – September 24, 2014 –Theralase Technologies Inc. (“Theralase®”) (TSXV: TLT) (TLTFF: OTC Link®) announced today that it has filed a voluntary Annual Information Form (“AIF”) as part of its corporate strategy to become eligible for the registration of a base shelf prospectus as this term is defined in National Instruments 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions and 44-102 Shelf Distributions.
