Demystifying Therapeutic Laser Technologies
Do you find the information about various laser therapy technologies
hard to understand, confusing, even contradictory?
There is as much information on laser technologies - their features and benefits - as there are vendors. Much of the information is often confusing, even conflicting.
Join us as we walk through and decode such information as:
- What are laser wavelengths and what do they indicate?
- Is there any difference between LEDs and Laser Diodes?
- What are the impacts of a non-thermal (aka cold laser) vs. a thermal (aka Class 4) laser technology?
- What do different classes of lasers indicate, and why is there a Class 3a as well as a Class 3b?
- Is there such a thing as too much or too little power, what determines ‘peak power’ and optimal power?
Join this engaging session to explore what you know – or may not know – about laser therapies and technologies.
