Dr. Daniel Vandervoort, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr. Daniel Vandervoort, B.Sc., Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Daniel Vandervoort graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1987 with both clinical and academic honours. He studied Human Kinetics at the University of Waterloo prior to CMCC. Born in Guelph, Ontario Daniel attended Georgetown High School.

Dr. Dan is the director of Rockland’s oldest and most established chiropractic clinic since 1994. He also enjoys practicing 2 days per week at the Beacon Hill Chiropractic Clinic on Montreal Rd. near Orleans with his partner Dr. Sylvie Bordeleau.

Dr. Vandervoort has special interests in athletics, fitness and nutrition. He is long term member of the local gym and competes in triathlons and road races. From both personal and clinical experience, Dr. Dan has considerable knowledge in the assessment and treatment of athletic injuries. He is able to treat spine related conditions in people of all ages using diversified and Activator techniques as well as providing appropriate home exercises

Dr. Dan is married and blessed with three children. He and his spouse Sylvie volunteer in marriage preparation courses for couples at their church. He has assisted in coaching basketball and soccer in his community. He is available for guest lectures on preventative health subjects including breast cancer prevention, osteoporosis and nutrition as well as spinal care classes. Dr. Vandervoort does his best to help people to live as pain free as possible through effective chiropractic care and then to maintain or regain their health.

Dr. Elizabeth Angelevski, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr. Angelevski graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology. Her interest in the workings of the human body and mind, as well as in movement and rehabilitation, brought her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. After 4 years of intense study, she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009. Dr. Angelevski returned to McMaster University to complete the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and has completed post-graduate training in Custom Orthotic Therapy. She has also completed a certificate program in Advanced Clinical Anatomy.

Dr. Angelevski is currently the Director of Clinical Education and Training at Theralase and runs a successful clinic at the Theralase Pain Therapy Clinic. She has a keen professional interest in helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being through the use of laser therapy. She is dedicated to improving their quality of life through laser treatment programs that are specifically designed for each patient. Dr. Angelevski strongly believes that education is an essential component. Therefore, each patient is guided to effectively manage and prevent the condition from recurring.

Dr. Sheldon Campbell, B.Sc., D.C.


Dr. Sheldon Campbell, B.Sc., Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Campbell graduated from Concordia University 1995 with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. He continued his education at the internationally renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, from where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1998.

Dr. Campbell stays current by a wide variety of seminars and educational series, including: the latest in chiropractic technique, nutrition, x-ray and radiography, and the management of soft tissue injuries. He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Ontario Chiropractic Association and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

He is using Theralase lasers to reduce chronic and acute inflammation, accelerate healing and eliminate pain for many years. Since 1998 Dr. Campbell has been practicing in Kanata.

He, his wife Chantel, and his daughter Kiersten are very proud to call this area home. In his spare time, Dr. Campbell enjoys being a father, is an avid golfer, plays hockey, and serves as a coach in the Kanata Girls Hockey Association.

Dr. Susan Joshi, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr. Susan Joshi, B.Sc, Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Susan Joshi is a 1995 graduate of New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, N.Y. After 5 years of owning another suburban practice in Kanata, she opened Vance Farm Family Chiropractic in rural Kanata in early 2002. In 2006, after 5 years of operating the 2 practices, the current location became the sole practice location in efforts to better balance the demands of career and family.
Prior to entering chiropractic college Dr Joshi obtained a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. She used those skills to manage the weight department at the local Thunderbird Athletic Club for a couple of years. It was during this time in school that she became a chiropractic patient herself and discovered just how much it had changed her back and health. After wanting a bit more of a challenge in putting her experiences and skills to good use, she decided to become a chiropractor.
Dr. Joshi thoroughly enjoy helping her patients in a relaxed and caring environment. she has been honoured by the loyalty of many regular patients over the years and always welcome new ones.
